Illustrative card design. Saved controls are described below.

Choose your logo, brand colour and saved card design. Browser membership cards and join pages use that design; branding does not change the identity behind the QR.

What you can change

  • Business name in Settings → Business details; logo and primary brand colour in Branding → Brand profile. These are shared branding, not separate pass identities.
  • Saved background family, gradients/patterns, secondary colour and chop shapes.
  • Stamp-number display within the supported card design.

Shared profile and overrides

Brand profile owns the shared logo, primary colour, category, tagline and description. The join page inherits these fields; it has no independent colour or logo editor. Profile edits preview across Branding tabs; choose Save brand profile to publish them. Demo edits are not saved. Pass designer → Shared pass appearance controls the secondary colour, gradients, patterns and stamp styling. These affect cards, including cards embedded on the join page—not the join-page background or sign accents. Printed QR signs use Kardy’s fixed colours and branding. You can customise their text, not their colours; these text changes do not change the shared brand profile. Reward-specific icon choices and preview stamp counts are illustrative. They do not issue stamps or create redemption events. Native wallet passes have different styling and update boundaries.

Use this feature

1

Open the correct brand

Select your organisation, then open Branding.
2

Review the wallet-pass design

Change supported design controls and switch between Apple Wallet and Kardy mobile app previews. The mobile app is Kardy’s browser/PWA card, not a separate app-store download. Use Preview stamps to inspect progress. Both modes share one design and preview stamp count; switching modes does not reset either. The Kardy app is the default preview. Choose Save pass design once to save the shared design. Join-page previews use the same draft artwork.
3

Save and check the customer view

Open the browser membership or join page to verify the saved result.

Other Branding tabs

Use the switches for Show stamp numbers and Publish in Kardy discovery where available, then save your changes. Discovery is labelled App only because it controls public Kardy listings, not native-wallet installation. Demo previews do not save. The Wallet pass preview is not proof that a native pass has been issued or installed; its sample QR cannot identify a real membership.
