Concept illustration of joining a programme, not a screenshot.

Share a brand-wide join link or print a store-specific sign. Customers sign in or create an account, complete verification and join the available programme.

Before sharing

Review the saved brand design, reward wording and available outlets. Use the join-page preview to inspect the customer experience. Previewing does not enrol a customer or activate an unpaid programme. To produce printed artwork, use QR signs.

Edit the shared brand profile

The join page inherits its logo, primary colour and content from Branding → Brand profile. There is no separate join-page colour override. The business name comes from Settings → Business details and is read-only here. Use the Settings link to rename it. In Brand profile, choose Upload logo or Replace logo, select a PNG, JPG or WebP up to 2 MB, then choose Save brand profile. The saved logo is a public brand asset. Demo uploads only change the preview. The membership preview uses your saved wallet-pass design. It does not issue an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass; native passes require their separate setup.

Joining behaviour

A store-specific link records the new membership’s signup outlet. Reopening it does not overwrite that first attribution. A referral link can carry the inviter too, but joining is not proof of a purchase and does not trigger referral bonuses.
The sign QR opens a join page. It is different from the private QR that a customer presents for scanning. Programme availability and member capacity are checked when joining.
