Local development

From the app repository, run pnpm dev:consumer for http://localhost:3000 and pnpm dev:merchant for http://localhost:3001. From the separate docs.getkardy.com repository, run pnpm dev for http://localhost:3002. These addresses only work while the corresponding local servers are running. Use synthetic accounts with the development backend.
