Claim a reward

Check the current reward, visit an eligible outlet and wait for staff confirmation.

1. Check your progress

   Open the merchant card and check whether you have reached the saved stamp goal.

2. Check where to claim

   Read the reward’s eligible outlets. Joining at one outlet does not automatically restrict all claims to that store.

3. Ask staff to check the reward

   Show your QR. Staff choose Check membership, without adding a stamp merely to inspect the balance.

4. Confirm the claim

   Agree on the reward and wait for the staff redemption result before taking it.

5. Review remaining progress

   Refresh your card. The reward’s stamp cost is deducted; excess stamps carry forward. Another claim needs its own confirmation.

Done when: staff confirm the redemption and the current card reflects the claim.

Check this in the Kardy browser wallet or installed PWA, not an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet balance. Native pass updates are not implemented. The coffee notification shown in the public walkthrough is a concept preview; do not wait for a push notification as proof of redemption.

If a claim is interrupted

Ask staff to use Retry redemption to check the same request. Do not start another claim until the result is confirmed. A disconnected screen is not proof of failure.

If a reward is unavailable

Refresh the card and check the current reward and eligible outlet with staff. A full card screenshot does not preserve an old claim: deleted rewards cannot be redeemed. See reward changes and deletion for the rules.

If details fail to load, do not treat the error as confirmation of availability. Keep the account, brand, outlet and visit time for Support, without sharing private QR codes. Staff use the counter guide.
