Illustrative members, not customer records.
Find a member
Search by name, member code, email or phone. Search filters the loaded members, not an unlimited server-wide directory; the footer shows the loaded count and pagination displays ten records per page. If someone is missing, check the selected brand and whether the list finished loading.Review activity
Open a member row or its More details button. The detail panel shows current stamps, rewards ready, total visits and redemptions. Under Activity history, choose All activity, Visits or Redemptions, then page through the results. Events show their date and outlet; reward claims include the recorded reward name. Use Retry if history fails to load. An error is not an empty history. The panel is for inspection, not editing or deleting audit events. Choose View all activities to open the Activities page filtered to that member, with store and event-type filters.Rewards ready and power customers
Rewards ready counts one currently eligible reward per membership, not all future rewards that excess stamps might cover. It requires an active, unexpired membership, an active reward and enough stamps. Staff still confirm the claim through Scan, including outlet eligibility. Power customers highlights the top three among the loaded member list, ranked by all-time recorded visits, then redemptions and name to break ties. Members with no recorded visits are not ranked. The compact strip lives only in Members, not in a separate dashboard or navigation item. Each entry shows visits, redemptions and rewards ready. Select it to open the existing member detail panel for stamp progress, join date, latest visit/outlet and activity history. Searching the member table does not change the top-three ranking. The caption gives the loaded-member scope; this is not an unlimited brand-wide ranking.Understand the information
Membership progress belongs to the brand, not an individual outlet. A member’s saved reward and goal determine their current progress. Historical referral awards are not necessarily their remaining stamp balance. Keep customer contact details inside authorised workspace tools. MCP agents cannot read customer records, even when the owner grants all available MCP scopes.Capacity
See stored-member counting rules. Pausing or expiring a membership does not free capacity.Incomplete reads and unavailable metrics must not be interpreted as zero
members or zero activity.
